Seventeen years building the business gateway to Cambodia

CIM Holdings — Cambodian Investment Management Holding Co., Ltd. — is majority American-owned and entirely at home in Cambodia. The United States built its name on opportunity, and we found the same thing waiting here, in a country we are glad to call the Kingdom of Opportunity.

It started in 2009, when founder Anthony Galliano opened Cambodian Investment Management as a business services firm. Seventeen years on, that one company has become thirteen, spanning company incorporation and corporate finance, tax, accounting and audit advisory, insurance brokerage, fund management, human resources and payroll, outsourcing, serviced offices, real estate, business news, and a growing base in Vietnam.

Almost none of that came from a plan drawn up in advance. Each company answered something clients were already asking for, which is why the portfolio lines up so closely with the practical business of operating in Cambodia.

2025 brought the largest change to the group's shape so far: two divisions. Processing carries the recurring work — the filings, the books, the payroll — and uses AI to keep it quick and affordable while the relationships behind it stay firmly human. Digital Assets builds the software, turning those same services into products clients can use directly.

What has not changed is where the quality comes from. The group hires to professional standards and keeps experienced people in charge, six Certified Public Accountants among them. The technology is the new part; the bench behind it is not.
