Cambodian Investment Management is the company the group was built on. Founded in 2009 by Anthony Galliano, it started as the practical answer to a hard question — how does a foreign business actually get incorporated, licensed and running in Cambodia — and it still answers that question first.
The work spans the whole life of a company: forming the entity and securing its licences, keeping its corporate records in order, researching the market it is entering, and handling the transactions that follow once it is growing.
