What they do
OBOR Management is the group's investment arm: a fund management company regulated by the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia. It has been investing in a diversified portfolio of Cambodian companies since 2017, with exits beginning in 2021 — a full cycle, in a market where few managers have completed one.
Around the fund sits the advisory work that investment decisions demand anyway: corporate finance, transaction structuring, strategy and transformation, and sustainability and ESG. An impact fund is in development.
