Koh Baitong Investment marked a change in what the group did with capital. Until 2021 CIM Holdings sold expertise — advice, compliance, transactions. Koh Baitong was the first time it took a position in land itself.
It remains the group's land development vehicle, held alongside the licensed property agency that followed it in 2025.
