What they do
Star Insurance Agency opened in 2023 as CIM Holdings' first presence in Vietnam — a licensed insurance agent, and the group's first test of whether what it had built in Cambodia would travel.
It applies the same approach as the group's Cambodian insurance arm, at agency rather than broker level: cover explained properly, placed for the client, and followed through when a claim is made.
